The weather was perfect as residents, patients and visitors enjoyed Runnells Specialized Hospital of Union County’s 11th annual Courtyard Carnival event. Food, games, a petting zoo and a cartoonist were all part of the event. Above, ‘Cartoonist Harold’ of Cranford completes a caricature of Helen Paul, a resident of Runnells Specialized Hospital.
